4. Digital Assets Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for the custody of your crypto assets. UnicornWallet does not hold, access, or control user funds. Always verify addresses and contract interactions before confirming transactions.

5. Wallet Compatibility

Our product is optimized for EVM-compatible networks and major wallets. While we aim for broad compatibility, UnicornWallet makes no guarantees about integrations with unsupported chains or third-party tools.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software on UnicornWallet — including UI, branding, and code — is owned by UnicornWallet or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to UnicornWallet systems

• Disrupt or overload infrastructure

• Upload malicious code or phishing content

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

8. No Financial or Investment Advice

UnicornWallet is a technology platform. Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and due diligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
